terrible hotel
It was horrible. The AC didn't work, the nights were way too loud, the night manager/auditor was very rude, the stairs were very narrow, the elevator shook and was very slow, and the parking was expensive for such a low grade hotel. I would rather stay at a hostel.

The worst place ever.
I will never go back. Rude staff. Room was so small. Bed barely fit in it.

Good hotel near Union Square andBART Powel Station

Good clean hotel in walking distance to Union Square. If you need a good stay next to a BART station this one could be your choice.

The room is kinda old. No A/C. The room was so hot

Near Shopping and Local Restaurant and 1 block from Bart
I did stay there for two night from June 29 to July 1. The weather is kinda hot that weekend. And no A/C in our room and made the room even hotter. We tried to open the window to get some air from outside but the noise from the street was so loud by cars buses. We could hear people yelling and talking so loud on the street. We could not sleep and took sleep aid.

Great customer service. You get what you pay for.

Location. Price. Staff.
It was good. Definitely got what we payed for. Even though the double room was fairly small, the hotel was in a great location and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

It was a nice stay

Friendly staff, city center, value for money
It was a nice stay. They allowed us to keep the luggage for some more time even after the checkout.
