Fleet of Stairs
To get to the lift lobby, one would need to walk up an extensive fleet of stairs.. Although they serve breakfast from 7.30am to 9.30am, there are a limited choice of food and lack of seatings..

Not good
The worst thing was the smell of waste coming up through the sink in the tiny bathroom all day, every day, was so bad i felt sick even taking a shower. The cleaners are terrible, they dont change the sheets at all unless you ask them too, had empty food containers in the room for a week they just wouldn't take them away.they did nothing basically. Will not stay there again and would not recommend this hotel.

Nightmare in numdaemun
I read a review about coming back to hotel only to sleep so small is not a problem, but that's not the case. Small is an understatement, it's tiny. So cramp that you don't have space for luggage n packing. The linen looks dirty and full of holes, the bath is the same place as the sink. And carrying up a full luggage up the stairs to the lift is not a good experience either. There are 2 hotel in this building and 2 tapping system in the lift adding to the confusion in the first night that we checked in. 3 nights before we checked out there was a blackout in our level, when we got to the lobby then they say they will look for a replacement hotel to shift us to, at that time it was midnight and packing to shift is not fun and it rob us of our sleep. Good thing is they were quick to find rooms at nearby palace hotel which was spacious with a bathtub which acts as a consolation. The only thing good about this hotel is that it's inside namdaemun and short walk to myeongdong.

Sufficient
Not great place; elevator is claustrophobic-inducing and the batman fire escape is a little scary. But very very quiet for such a downtown location.

Hotel stay
The check in counter is at 10th floor. The rooms are at lower floors. There are many steps to go up to take the lift. With heavy luggage is very inconvenient. The room is too compact. Very little space to move around with luggages occupied some of the space
