Disapointing
Restaurant no more serving at 9pm, even they close at 11pm. Restaurant also no providing any room service because they only serve buffet..? Came back after they clean the room and there is cigarette smell in the room, wonder the cleaner smoke in the room..?

Cozy hotel
Staff were friendly. Manager was very helpful especially when we got stranded by car trouble and had to extend 2 more nights in hotel. Cleanliness however need to be improved. Tiny bugs found on carpet/sofa and cobwebs in corners. TV poor reception not working well.

Biking stop over.
Stayed many times and love the hotel for location, staff efficiency, room condition. Hope the breakfast has improved and also found the pillows has musky smells. Apart from these, everything else is above expectation.

The worst front desk staff ever met
My 2nd time staying here. 1st time was awesome experienced. So we decided to stay here. Approach the check in counter and provide my details. The young girl start to do the registration for us. I want to ask about the room either facing the front or the back, she stop me before I finished my question. so I keep quite - assumed she wants to focus. She took the deposit and give us the key without asking me further question. When we saw the room door I know it is facing the back which I do not prefer. I went down to the lobby and approach the same girl. I said the reason I want to ask her question about the room is because I want to make sure she give me the right room. But she stop me and did not ask me after that. so now I request for a room change. both girls who did the check in just now give me a rude respond without say sorry. It is like we are beggar who stay there for free. no apologize or event a smile, with their rude face expression they hand me a new room key. Front office manager or hotel owner please change your front office staff attitude. or maybe they are not interested to work anymore. I would say the housekeeping staff is more polite and friendly compare to them. Second thing I want to highlight is the 'stone pillow'. hotel provide 4 pillows but 2 are very hard and the other 2 is too soft. please change your pillow. Third issue is - Cameron Highland now days is not always cold. From 3pm till midnight- we are struggling with the temperature. it is warm and at midnight we need to open the balcony door and window. then only we feel comfortable. it will be better if the room has a ceiling fan. Overall food is okay. I would like to recognize the café staff and housekeeping staff for being polite and friendly.

Not worth value of money at all
Below average hotel. I will rate it as 5.0 the most. Got stain in toilets. Got flies swim in their honey bowl in buffet breakfast. No fan in room. Got construction nearby, noisy throughout the night. Can't sleep well throughout the night.
