Our stay was great. I will recommend this hotel. The hotel is old but the room and bathroom are very clean, the sheets smell nice. I can't complain. The room is very comfortable.

The hotel is quite old but the rooms were very clean, the sheets were nice smelling. The bed and the room itself was very comfortable than what I was expecting. The location is great for public transportation. Casa del Rio was a great choice for a budget hotel.

Got upgraded to family room when i arrived, nice room overall although the AC i thought could have been stronger, considering that it is a family room... The hotel would have been perfect if there is a gym inside, Staff are very nice, always smiling and ready to help...I wouldn' t mind coming back for my next visit in Iloilo!

nice comfortable stay at the hotel, big beds though its a smoker's hell place (you are not allowed to smoke inside room, no smoking rooms) great breakfast and cafe restaurant, a bit slow on printing my hotel receipts.

Most pleasant stay at this four star centrally located hotel . Pleasant pool and very friendly helpful staff always at hand to assist . The quite room also benefited from having a bath .

I arrived from the airport at about 10:30 am, way ahead of check-in time. I was pleasantly surprised to be readily accommodated and checked-in by friendly staff. The room was ready and I was able to rest. However, there was an on-going renovation next door which was temporarily disturbing. (Hotel management gave notice on the renovation.)Waiters in the dining area were attentive. Hotel staff including the security guard were helpful in getting taxis for me.For a solo female traveller, I felt safe in Hotel del Rio.
