Great location but thats all)
Our room was faced to the crossroad and a railway station. As well as the top of the Eiffel tower! 1 min away from a Duleix station was very convenient for commuting to any place you need. Thousands of shops, groccery and caffes around. Room was really tiny, so was the bathroom. And there was no heating at the room. When we asked at the lobby why they said they forgot to turn on a heating in out room though they always do when a guest move in. Which seemed to us as just they simply spare the electricity costs. The main advantage of the place is its location. Within 15 mins walking you can get to the field of Mars & magnificant Eiffel tower view shows up from there.

Hotel Eiffel Petit Louvre
The female staff when we checked in was kind and helpful, so was the young male staff we checked out the following day.
The old guy at the reception late night to early morning was useless Very old hotel with bare minimum amenities located far from the tourist attractions.

Great Location - 10Mins walk from Eiffle Tower!!!
Close Location to Train, Close Location to Eiffle Tower and Close Location to Food.
Everything was great. The hotel room is very small but its acceptable with the pay and the great location. The night staff (guy who looks like Indian/Bangladeshi), he's a bit arrogan when treating customers compared to the local staff who work on morning shift which very good and friendly.

not too good
only the location
As we only stay for 2 nights, we've met with different receptionist, one is good the other not too friendly, and compare with the rate we've paid, it should be provided with a breakfast

bad experience. check in was damn long. and we were forced to get an extra bed for our 5yr old. though we said 3 of us don't mind sharing the same bed together. their excuse was for security reason. what security reason??!! I don't see that they are very concern about hotel safety nor securities. anyone can seat at a couch infront of reception desk and observe in and out of hotel guest when guest leave their room keys at reception. strangers can just tell them room nos and keys will be handover to them w/o checking their identity. problem is room keys is attached to a heavy iron bell as key chain and no guest would want to carry around the extra weight with them. some of our things was discarded by housekeeper w/o asking us before hand. staff not friendly n bad attitude. worst experience ever. 2nd time holiday in paris but 1st time in this hotel. should have booked the same hotel during our 1st visit. hands down for this hotel!!
