The 129 rooms and suites of the Hotel Exe Conquistador are all comfortably furnished, feature spacious en-suites, and are well-equipped with all the modern amenities that today's traveler expects. The meeting and conference rooms are part of the ancient foundations of the original mosque and make for a charming venue for those in the city on business. The hotel also offers a small coffee shop and a wonderful restaurant serving up a good selection of traditional, Andalusian cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. The town itself is a delight to explore with it's narrow, medieval streets and ancient architecture offering visitors a glimpse into her glorious past when Cordoba was the largest city in Western Europe and a great center of learning.

We could sleep the first night. The second not at all. Noise of slapping doors ends at 4am ( drunken german old ladies ) and beginn at 6 am with people leaving. Beautiful hotel but very loud.

Contradictory experiences

Given a room with poor ventilation and next to the stairwell - too noisy and hot to sleep at night. Took a lot of effort to get my laundry back. Otherwise, reception desk staff helpful and friendly. Staying there was full of contradictory experiences.

Excellent location, but not easy to park

Excellently located literally metres from the Mezquita, this hotel is clean and good value for money. The only real problem is that because it is located within a pedestrianised, restricted area, it is difficult to access by car. Overall a good choice for Cordoba though.

Great location

After having troubles with the air con in two separate rooms the midnight staff finally found a working air con. The graveyard shift girls did so without complaining or hesitation. However be wary of the laundry service and make contact with the staff before dropping it off. Lots of rules and technicalities.

Excellent location. Poor value for money.

The view of the mosque, the big bed, the location.

Very expensive, loud rooms, no inclusive breakfast despite high price. Room dated.
