Nice hotel in the vert center of Rome

The location was very close to Forum Roman. Our room was quite ok. The girls in the litte next door restaurant who served the breakfast, was so cute.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Rome

Location, staff, clean

It is a fantastic little boutique hotel situated only steps away from the Roman Forum and the Colloseum. Infact we walked to teh Colloseum every night while we stayed there to experience the beautiful structure. The staff is very nice, the owner really has a personal touch to the place, every room has a name and is decorated very well. We definitely recommend this and will consider returning to stay here when we we return to Roma :)

Hotel Foro Romano Imperatori is a fantastic little boutique hotel situated only steps away from the Roman Forum, and a short stroll to the Colosseum. The ambiance, location, and friendly staff made our stay a very lovely and warm one, which we would definitely consider returning to when we return to Roma.

Great Location, few steps from the Colosseum

Spacious Room, and good location

we liked the room itself, but the we had to climp up 4 storey of stairs. there were 2 persons interchanging shifts for the reception. a young guy and a middle aged lady. the young guy spoke good english, and the lady speaks italian. both of them were nice and accomodating.

VERY small rooms (like a bedroom in an apt)

close to Colosseum and Roman Forum

this hotel is like an "apartment with multiple bedrooms" where each "bedroom" is rented like an hotel room. the rooms are very small and cramped (i was carrying one carry-on luggage and one small backpack). the room that i was given was next to a back-street which had a bunch of bars, and it was always very noisy until late night (when the bars close). i also found the bed to be very crappy (a spring mattress which made a lot of noise) and the walls are not very noise-preserving -- so behave yourself if you don't want others to hear what you are doing in the room :-) on the plus side, it is 5-min walk from classic rome sites like the colosseum and roman forum. the personnel were very friendly but there was no concept of a 24-hour reception: one person who sits on the reception leaves in the evening. overally, nice place but overpriced at (100 euros) for the kind of accommodation you get.

Great location..but..do not stay here!

Location

The reception area is on the first floor and the rooms on the third. There is no "front desk',no help with luggage, no working telephones , clocks, alarms etc in the room. We finally found a person who could speak english to get us a cab to the airport. She told us to buy an alarm clock. I think we were the only guests...no wonder
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Context tours are excellent in Rome

Hard to find, secluded, but really nice experience

Location, Price, Friendliness of the Staff

Very cozy hotel built into what feels like an apartment building. Great front desk help and attitude, truly caring. Rooms are modest, but more than adequate for the location and price. Just outside your doorstep are numerous restaurants and shops and a very short walk to the Colosseum. Great stay, wish it had been longer...
