Great hotel in Zona Rosa

History, elegance, location
Nice overall. Room was musty a little from smoking maybe? Wifi was weak. But biggest draw is to have close access to the location. I will stay here again.

A museum of a hotel

Price location service
Had a good stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located in Zona Rosa. You can walk around the place to visit the shops and restaurants in the area. It's accessible to public transport as well. The room we had was rather small but comfortable. The hotel interiors are truly impressive. Service was great. We requested for late check out, said yes no questions asked. Nice hotel in Mexico City.

Hotel Geneve

The Pink Zone or Zona Rosa has gone down but the Hotel Geneve has not. The rooms are comfortable and the service old-fashioned and excellent. This is a very central location in Mexico City.
Great. Very comfy.

Great accommodations. Avoid the restaurant.

Decor, hotel (not restaurant) staff, comfortable beds.
Loved the hotel; will always go back there. Restaurant should be closed: Terrible service, cold food of little flavor, breakfast buffet seldom refilled. Dinner steak sent back twice but still raw on the inside. To add insult to injury, even though the menu clearly states prices include I.V.A., they tacked on $10 USD for those taxes.

Good location and good value for money

Good location and good value for money
Stay was fine. Central location, easy to explore the city so hotel was a good base. Room was comfortable but our room was to the back and sounded like there was a huge fan on all day and night which was annoyiing. Room was clean-ish, difficult to say with carpets. Bathroom was also ok but we did have a bug one day... Overall good value for money but not as good as expected.

Prime location, prompt check-in, beautiful hotel

Grand architecture, central location and hospitable staff
I had such a lovely stay at this centrally located hotel. Many street stalls and restaurants were open till late as it seems like a popular hangout spots for the locals. Furthermore, it is superbly safe place for a lone female traveller. There are many money changers around and also markets with a shopping mall right across the hotel. All in all, it's a superb location with the hotel offering value for money.

value for money

price, location, concierge
Concierge was very helpful. Hotel is in a good, safe neighbourhood. You get what you pay for - reasonably priced rooms albeit a tad old.

overall great stay, very close to good restaurant and is in the good part of town. Just don't stray too far from this hotel.
