With a concept that centers on compact elegance, the guestrooms are stylishly decorated with chic timber floors and neutral fabrics, conveying a sense of space. The hotel is situated one block away from Chuo Street, the main shopping street in Ginza, and is in close proximity to fine dining restaurants and the Kabuki Theater. The French and Italian in-house restaurant serves a range of dishes until midnight, and then it is time to go and hit the town. All things considered, Hotel Gracery Ginza is excellently located, well appointed, and reasonably priced.

Good location, nice staff

Good location, clean room, polite staff
If you want to find a hotel nearby tsukiji fish market, this is one of the option. Located in between ginza station, shinbashi station, and higashi-ginza station, this make travelling to any part of Tokyo easy. And plenty of restaurant nearby, too. The room is small, but it is clean and neat, with all common nessesity ready in place.

Hotel Gracery Ginza

Location, location and location.
Please let me preface by saying that I am not a complainer and very easy to please. The stay at the Hotel Gracery was an absolute mess. We arrived early and dropped off our luggage (which was one of the few good things they did well - take the luggage early). We were then told that our room was a smoking room even though I had specifically booked a non-smoking room. They told us they would check again when we came in that night, but rather than actually accommodate us as we were there early, they said they could not do anything. The entire floor smelled of cigarettes of course (which can be expected on a smoking floor) and as part of their remedy they gave us an aerosol spray for the room to help reduce the smell. The room itself was old and decrepit, with old towels, the sheets stunk and it was definitely smaller than advertised (but this is Hong Kong and understandable). Suffice it to say, we stayed one night and will never stay at this hotel again. 4 starts is an over-rating and I think that it gets maybe 3 due to the shear location alone. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Location and price
Beware. If you do not specifically ask for a non-smoking room. One will be issued to you at check in. They will tell you all other rooms are booked until you threaten to cancel and then they will tell you a non-smoking has magically opened last minute. Scammers.

Compact, modern, quiet rooms in an ideal location

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet, Location
Spotlessly clean and very comfortable yet compact room. Great location in the heart of Ginza not far from Tokyo, Ginza and Shimbashi Stations. Restaurants and bars all close by. Ideal spot. Hotel provides provides free in-room WiFi, fridge, multiple device charging facility, toiletry amenities, most things you require and nice comfy bed. English spoken. Affordable price for Tokyo. Late check-in available. I arrived at 1am. Check out is 11am. Breakfast at 1,543 Yen was worthwhile and a combination of Japanese and Western food. Friendly, responsive staff. Overall, regardless of the small room (common in Japan) a very good 4 star hotel in perfectly ct location in Tokyo. Recommended.
