adequate accommodation

location/comfort of bed/hot shower
adequate - the cleaning/housekeeping requires considerable improvement and some staff need to learn to temper their language and attitude to reflect the golden rule that "the customer is always right".

Noisy and false marketing
The A/C lived it's own life - even if it was turned off it automatically turned on during the night, and this with a bang. It woke me up multiple times every night and was so loud when it switched on that it was hard to fall back to sleep. The hotel advertise that they have free wifi, which is simply not true - you get a very small limit only enough to check your email a couple of times, and then they charge $15 for it. There are many hotels in the same area with much better value.

Small rooms but in the right place.

Most satisfactory; it's just you forget how compact city rooms are until you keep tripping over the 2nd suitcase.

Spa, location.
The room was very small with no view. The staff were not warm and it felt very rushed.

Lazy housekeeper

Location location location
Bedsheet was not changed despite of obvious staining. Staffs were not helpful in helping to carry the luggages even after seeing us struggling with our 3 months old twins
