Reception very rude
First impressions were bad Staff at reception were impatient, rude and bullied a younge Asian man as he had trouble with his room key The hotel had no record of my bfast purchases and I had to track down the receipt and forward to them as Agoda must have failed to communicate this with the hotel The iron was very old and leaked water all over my suit I was ironing for my wedding. I had to wear the suit with crinkles. My friend in another room had to use 3 different irons as they were not working properly either Nice hotel, bfast was great but expensive. But staff were terribly rude

Hidden Fees
There were a ton of hidden fees and the staff didn't acknowledge this. Great view from the room however 3/4 of the available rooms don't have a kitchenette which was disappointing. Will not be visiting again.

Great stay already booked for next trip in August!
Definetly stay again. Close to city, very affordable and very clean and nice. Bathroom was very modern and room. Staff was very lovely. Also didn't have to pay for parking cause we stayed on a weekend, which was a bonus! Definitely recommend! Already booked for our accommodation in August when we have to come back to Brisbane.

Good clean room with nice view
We enjoyed our one night stay here. Room was cleaned and modern with a nice view and balcony. We got a twin double bedroom as there were myself, husband and our 2 yo daughter. We arrived before check-in time and they had our room ready which allowed us to settle in and relax. They offered us 2 for 1 breakfast and 2 for 1 drinks vouchers (but we forgot to use the drinks one). Staff at breakfast were attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, so many variety! Location of the hotel is a little outside of the city. They do offer free shuttle transport into the city but only from Mon to Fri between 7am and 9am (yes only in the morning unfortunately). Plenty of parking available under the hotel. The beautiful Roma Street parklands is just across the road and there are bus stops around the streets, but since we arrived on a weekend there was no public transport so we decided to walk down the hills into the city and just took the uber back in the evening. Overall we were quite happy with the hotel's service. P.S. We highly recommend The Alliance pub down the road (check Zomato) - we got the wagyu burger and pulled pork sandwich and they were the best we've ever tasted!! 😋

The hotel facilities and staff I could not fault. I prepaid for a Superior room. HOWEVER on arrival the desk swiped my card and charged it $100 against services I MAY use. It is now nine days on and that money has not been credited back to my card. I know from many past experiences normal practice is to take an imprint NOT charge the card. I am most unhappy with this. I now have to pay ANZ cards that $100 and continue to wait for my refund. I suspect the hotel chain is on a kick back from the credit provider which is a reprehensible way to treat decent unsuspecting people. As a result I would recommend others to look elsewhere for their accommodation in the Spring Hill area.
