Our family stayed on the same floor
Very noisy, bathrooms need revamping, started drilling Monday morning we were not warned not happy, lifts not working all the time 1 was out all weekend Room not ready

Location, room, cleanlines
Location was great. It was nearby QV, Chinatown, and famous greek restaurant that open 24 hours, and many restaurants. Room was neat, clean and newly renovated.

Staff, cleanliness and restaurant
Whole experience was terrific and staff were very accommodating due to my early arrival and late departure. Enjoyed a first class dinner at the restaurant.

I can't believe it's 4 star hotel
Just value for money
Disappointed. Room is small. Checking out is slow due to "weird and absurd" management procedures. Room must be emptied and checked for minibar use then you can really checked out. Staffs are not friendly at all.
