Well presented business hotel

Location, friendliness and convenience
I have stayed here often when I come on business. It is convenient to the subway, and thus to the rest of Tokyo. I like the fact that while close to the core of business, it is relatively quiet at night. The regular rooms are small, but the upper rooms are much more spacious.

Excellent location and comfortable room

Fantastic location: only a few steps away from exit 6 of Akasaka station; Hotel staff very pleasant and accommodating; Neighborhood was very pleasant with lots of affordable restaurants nearby;
We had a good time in Japan at Hotel GrandFresa in Akasaka. It was conveniently located with very clean, comfortable room. Although the room was small it was very snug and efficiently laid out so we were comfortable.

Nice, Cozy hotel

Good Location, great service and comfortable
The room was small and cozy which is typical of the room sizes in Tokyo. Staff service was excellent as they will attend to your every needs. The location was great as the Akasaka metro station was simply a minute walk away. Coffee outlet was within the hotel premises and a convenient store in the next building. Plenty of restaurants within the Asakasa area to choose from.

Good value for money

Location, friendly staff, breakfast
Yes the rooms are a little tight but it is Tokyo so to be expected. Excellent location easy to access all of tokyo with subway on your doorstep. Surrounding area has an excellent choice of local and international restaurants most with English menu. Breakfast was included and a varied choice good coffee.

Typical japanese hotel

Location, cleanliness and a not too bad breakfast
The location is ideal and it is at exit 8 (if I recall correctly) of Akasaka station, just across the road. Very typical Japanese hotel, very clean but small. Good for exploring Tokyo as it is near both Akasaka station and Akasaka Mitsuke station. Convenience stall, fast food stall (Macdonalds) all within a 2 min walk.
