Good choice
The staff are very willing to be of service, friendly and pleasant. Location is excellent for strolling to Scott Market, Sule, river, street life and 19th St for evening food and drink. The Penthouse is very nice, if a bit small, with a nice roof garden. Not so good when it rains though as access to the room is outside and the walkway fills with rain which doesn't drain away. Breakfast is ample with local and European food. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Good Hotel, but would Reconsider the Street
More than adequate hotel. Room is small-ish but clean with large bathroom and big bed. The street however is quite loud, even from the 8th floor. There was loud music being played and some dude on a loud speaker after 9pm. This is not the hotel's fault, but it is something to consider for someone who needs to sleep and get up early.

Good location
The room is clean and big. Location is good, in the middle of Chinatown. Food stall are just down the street and you would never go hungry here.

Deep into Chinatown
This place is very deep in the heart of Chinatown. At night there are all streets packed with the nite-market, at day is isnt less packed either. Just a few blocks away is the Singapore Beer Station, a good place to drink, but also a good Restaurant, with lots of locals.

Walking distance to Chinatown 19th Street
Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Near Street Food Bazaar
It was comfortable, with fusion breakfast, room with hot water, aircond & fan, bed is clean and nice. We stayed there for 2 days and they cleaned the room when we were out. Rooftop restaurant can see the Sule Pagoda and shwedagon pagoda from a disatnce, looks beautiful and shiny at night.

In the noisy heart of bustling Chinatown
The view from the roof deck, the proximity to the old downtown, easy to catch a cab.
The hotel actually shares a mixed-use building with other tenants. The "lobby" is a small office on the fourth floor; their rooms are on floors 4 to 8. The rooms are not particularly attractive: very dark, chipped wallpaper, slapdash construction. The real problem if you expect to be in the room during the day is an incredible amount of noise from the street...deafening. Multiple bullhorns shouting at once. Quiet enough at night, though. It's important to remember this hotel is in the absolute heart of extremely congested Chinatown; people, bikes, scooters, buses, street vendors everywhere.

A hotel in the center of the city
Location, cleanliness and staffs
It was not bad staying at this hotel. It is in China town and quite close to Sule Pagoda and Boyoke Market. The streets around are full of pavement sellers and so they are dirty. The room is clean but the equipments are rather old. The staffs are friendly and helpful, but the food is not quite good.

Streets ahead of other hotels, excellent standard!
Decoration and standard of cleanliness, super fast wifi and good facilities in the hotel
Much better than others hotels in Yangon, more expensive but good value for money. Wifi is so good that it's possible to skype with people in other countries.
