nice hotel at a good rate

location

the hotel is a 15min. walk away from the old part of the city where most of the main attractions are located. good location to explore the city. lack of service at the reception.

Very inconvenient location. Service poor.

Nothing

The hotel location is on a slope making it difficult to go to and fro down town casinos like Wynn, Starworld, etc. Room is generally ok but service is lacking at reception. The service staff is hostile and lack of customer service. Will not stay at the hotel again if not for the peak period.

Nice hotel but poor service

Good room
4.3
The hotel is nice but unfortunately located up a slope making it difficult to walk up and down to the main city centre.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: They have a bus service to the ferry point and border gate.

Great location but has a noisy club downstairs

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location
7.3
Booked during the peak holiday season so the rooms were quite expensive compared to what they are normally. It is walking distances to most of the sights within the city so you do save a bit on taxies. Staff were friendly and catered to our requests quickly. Rooms were clean but slightly smaller due to location I am guessing. There was a nightclub downstairs which doesn't finish until about 2:30 am so the noise kept me awake. Would probably get a different room next time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Hotel is quite close to Guia Park so have some fun over there

Nice hotel at the foot of the hill

Nice and cosy

The staffs at the reception speaks very good English and are very helpful. Hotel has wifi and is very convenient for internet users. There is a shuttle bus to the jetty to HK and to the custom for guests who wish to visit Zhuhai at certain time interval. The location is only a few mins walk down the hill to The Grand Lisbao and other casino. The hill behind the hotel has a very nice scenry of the whole of Macau. I will still consider staying in this hotel again if I were to come back to Macau.

I would like to stay here when travelling to Macau

location
5.7
rooms are small with all necessary facilities. macau is small. you can easily walk around or catch a cab to see around. the hotel is located on the hill. 5-min walk to the peak. on the peak you can see the old light tower and have a birdview of macau. i stayed here twice with satisfaction. it is newly renovated and i heard you can get a very low price on some group purchasing website. i haven't tried.
Nightlife Tip: There is bar downstairs for stripe and poll dancing.

Good rooms but bad location

features of the hotel is great

I had a good sleep in Hotel Guia. You don't have to bring stuffs but only clothes for yourself, everything you can found in Hotel Guia.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Hotel Guia is quite far from busy town, and there is no shuttle bus take you from the ferry terminal or airport. But you can make booking to have shuttle bus to ferry terminal. And there is not much restaurant nearby Hotel Guia.

Location is great but it's wise to take the taxi to the hotel instead of walking up the hill after a tiring day,
