Lovely room, a little loud on weekends
The room was really lovely, though with the lights in the room it was a little dark at night, a brighter lamp would have been great, hard to apply makeup in the evenings without a good light source. The bed was very comfy. The music from the pub downstairs was very loud until 3am, but this was to be expected. Don't book here on a weekend if you want a very quiet room, you won't get it. Not a huge issue for us though :)

One of the worst hotel stays ever
Positive- the staff were friendly, there was somewhere to store our bags after checkout securely, good location, good beer and cider on tap, close to transport and popular locations. Negatives- worst night sleep ever! I was assured there wouldn't be a problem with noise which I was worried about as I needed an early night and a good night's rest. From about 9-10 the bass level from the dance floor below was so loud I could feel the vibrations through the floor and bed. It wasn't until about midnight that the bass cut out and the noise level became bearable. This was with wearing ear plugs. - the power outlets case was coming off the wall. -the bed was uneven and made an uncomfortable sleep

I was given a quiet room, small but comfy
The night staff who greeted me (young asian guy) was awesome! He greeted me with a friendly manner and was really accommodating. He offered me a later check out as I had arrived late at night. The lady in the morning was a stark contrast, disinterested and not very hospitable. Room was great, they gave me a quiet room as it was a Saturday night. Even the door staff (for the pub) were really friendly. I would definitely stay again

Older solo traveller in Sydney
probably the smallest hotel room in the world but when all you do is sleep there it is not a problem. I had been concerned about the potential noise factor being a very popular hotel but I was on the third floor and used ear plugs. The room was very clean and the staff super friendly. I would suggest block curtains as the room is quite bright early mornings and lighting quite dim at night. The shower was very small particularly the screen but overall clean and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel.

The hotel was great. It is situated above a restaurant but it doesn't seem like it. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It is within walking distance of the train to get to the city center.

Great value and location
Cant beat the central location the rooms are on the small side so travelling light will help a perfect weekend get away in sydney. An added bonus is the bar serving both food and drinks with a trendy hip crowd.

fantastic little place!
A lovely little hotel, which has your essentials ( clean bed, hot shower, mini bar) and is very well located. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The only small draw back is that noise from construction and roadworks can be heard in the room, so if you are a VERY light sleeper this may be an issue for you. Otherwise i recommend the place and i would stay there again.

Loved it
I thought Hotel Harry was awesome and felt like I was in New York. It's a central spot, gorgeous decor and has everything you need. The rooms are small so if that's not for you then look elsewhere. I thought it was fab, will definitely be back.
