Something I expected

Flexibility of the check-in time that's it.
My partner and I hired a taxi to Hotel Henrico however we were directed to their Legarda St Branch which was bigger and newer than that in Kisad. The receptionist told us that it wasn't the right one. We were directed to a steep pathway as a short cut to Kisad branch. We noticed that there were lots of sportscar in the basement. The owner of the hotel is known as Mr. Sportscar? Anyway, we walked to the Kisad branch and found it there. The right landmark to tell the taxi driver is "Crown Legacy". Prepare some taxi fare allowance as you will see yourself hoarding cabs than expected. Great for jogging though to and from Burnham Park. We stayed on the first floor. It was too cold the blanket were not thick. The towels were lousy. The shower wasn't working well. Tiles were slimy (probably because of the weather?). water not that clear. so there. if you ask me if it was worth the money. yeah sure. not going back there. won't recommend to my friends. Hotel 45 in session road is better, though old.

My Holiday

Friendliness, convenience, service
Comfortable and relaxed, although the roosters in the cul-de-sac kept me awake on the first night! Do NOT try to walk up the hill to the hotel from the Kisad Road in one go if you have a heart condition, as I have! I learnt quickly! The staff were very good indeed, very friendly and helpful but the only food there was breakfast. Other meals had to be found elsewhere. The hotel is close to the Burnham Park and city centre, so was conveniently located. Many places around the city could be reached on foot.

Accommodating staffs, accessibility to public transport, tranquil surroundings
The money paid was all worth it. Will recommend the hotel to friends.

Needs Repainting

Price, free drinking water
Needs a serious repainting work on ceiling, walls and other areas of hotel. Linens are not clean smelling as well as the floor. Housekeeping is poor that is evident by dust around the room especially on windows and corners. The entire hotel needs renovation. Well, you will really get what you paid for. If you are on a budget, it is okay but if you have extra cash to shell out, you may want to look around.

Hotel Gives New Meaning to the Word 'Decrepit '
Classic case of glossy promotions and phoney advertising; nothing in Agoda's descriptions of the place comes close to what it is in reality; it should not even have been given license to operate Decrepit is the closest word that comes to mind after voluntarily shortening our stay at this place. That it even calls itself a hotel is an insult to the word. You arrive early, the rooms are mostly unoccupied but you are asked to pay an extra 500 pesos for early check in. Then you are given rooms that do not match what you asked for. Finally, after showing disdain, the attendant gives you a room that seems better. Until you find you cant even lock the door; the toilet floor is perpetually wet because of a leak; the bathroom door cannot shut; the towels are cleaner at the funeral parlor; the toilet paper smells like it was stocked in a room with foul chemicals; the sheets and pillow cases look, feel and smell as though they were used by a five other guests before you and had not been washed; the water heater runs only when it feels like; the entire room is generally dank, ,dark and dirty. But then you realize you get what you pay for, even if it was a hefty price for a pigsty such as this, You try to entertain yourself with TV, a contraption from the 80's and you cant get a decent channel working. The RC has dead batteries You call for anyone to please repair the TV because it has neither image nor sound; or replace the TV set altogether or at the very least, move us to a better room. But they make you wait all night. The guy even hangs up on you on the third call to follow through: "The repair guy is on his way over", is the common retort. You fall asleep waiting; not one soul comes to do anything. Not even next morning! And no apologies at all! You cant sleep well because the bed squeaks at every turn; the roosters crow at dawn; the dogs run a cacophony of barking. A nearby karaoke keeps you awake by allowing singers to wail all night long. One night in Baguio

good location, wide room and bathroom included
I stayed only one night there... I just remember I was cold in the night because I could not close the window. The wifi didn't work inside de the room but it was ok in the common room. The location is convenient (near Burnham park) even if it was not so easy to find as it is not really on Kisad road but in a small way behind. Anyway I think it's a good place to stay for one or two nights!
