Budget Friendly but the place is not worth it
budget friendly, peaceful (kinda creepy though), easy check in and out
My mom, partner and i decided to celebrate the new year in baguio and we come up to it almost 3rd week of december so i had no choice but to book in this hotel though i already read a lot of negative comments about this place. I tried searching for some other hotels/transient but all are fully booked. What I've read in the reviews are really true. The building was kinda creepy. We arrived at around 6PM and we were assigned to 4th floor and guess what THEIR ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING. We asked for a room on the ground or 2nd floor but as per staff all are fully booked and the only available room is in the lower ground. when we checked it, it was super creepy so we decided to stay on the 4th floor. The room smells old. The bed sheets and comforters were very thin and feels like full of dust. The pillows smells funny and there were stains on it (probably sweat or saliva). There were cockroaches in the CR and the cabinet is dirty so we didn't put out stuff there. Good thing the heater was working. The TV got a couple of basic cable channels. We had no wifi in the room coz it was ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY on the ground floor. There were no eatery or fast food near the hotel, the nearest 7/11 is 20-30 minutes walk (depends on how fast you walk). We had a breakfast included in our accommodation but they didn't serve it. Anyway we don't trust their food since the place is dirty so we really didn't bother to ask for any food from the hotel. There were taxi's passing by the hotel but most of the time we have to walk (5 to 10 minutes) to the main road to hail a taxi. Overall all this hotel is budget friendly but really not worth it. I'm surely positive that there are a lot of budget friendly hotels in baguio with better and clean facilities. I'M NOT GOING BACK TO THIS HOTEL AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

Lousy hotel
The hotel was really lousy. WiFi can only be reached at the lobby, the beddings were stained, blankets had holes. We can't even sleep cause the staff can't control the noisy tenants at the lobby even if its already midnight. Horrible stay at the hotel..

Needs Improvement
Cheap, near city proper, free breakfast
Very frustrating. Tv is not working. Hot/cold shower is not working so we have to change room. The comfort room is smelly. Toiletries are not readily given, we have to request for it.
