We had good time.
We stayed here 2 nights. There had great room and lunch as well. We will stay here next time, if we have chance to go there again.

Over priced and poor service
the proximity to the galleries and lake.
The hotel has no porter so be prepared to drag your bags up the stairs to reception and then to your room. There is only the floor in your room for your suitcase and luggage stands are not available. The executive suite rooms are on the ground floor next to the carpark and garbage bay. Delightful. Breakfast and parking is extra. I would not recommend this hotel and I would never stay here again.

Lovely boutique feel hotel
Wonderful rooms with coffee pod machines. However parking can be hard if the hotel is busy.

Roaring Twenties period elegance
historic location; elegant tasteful theming; attentive, friendly and knowledgable Staff
I had a delightful stay at the Kurrajong. As an amateur political historian I greatly appreciated the various historical touches such as the naming of the Restaurant, the pictures of former Australian Prime Ministers and the thrill of visiting the actual room that Prime Minister Ben Chifley basically lived in when the Parliament was sitting. The food at the Restaurant featured what seemed to be many locally sourced items as well as house made specialties. On the Sunday morning it was most charming sipping my Earl Grey tea to the sound of birds in the trees near the fountain.
