Excellent location
right across SM Mall so needless to say it's very convenient as everything you may need is just a stone's throw away. But even if it is on the main road it is quiet when you're inside the room. There was enough parking even on a weekend. The breakfast was average.

Great find for the price.
Located opposite the SM Mall, everything was within reach. The bus terminal is located beside the mall as well. Service were top notch. Extremely accommodating staff. Everyone greeted with sincerity. Only gripe is that we are expected to pay for blankets. If you don't purchase it, you are left to fend off the air conditioning with the bedsheet.
