Old and overpriced
close to the subway and river
I ve stayed here many times but the service and the rooms have obviously deteriorated. Mould everywhere in the shower and the rooms smell of cigarettes. Looking for a new hotel on my next trip

Luck of empowerment to staffs. Bad service
Location. Location. Location
We experience very bad service level at the reception. Lack of staff empowerment to handle problems. They don't know how to solve problems.During our check in and check out we also saw customers next to us arguing with the reception too because of problems that they cannot solve. Lack of manager's around to handle problems.

Hotel Landmark Canton
Unfortunately I mad a mistake with my booking. The date on my preferred check in clicked over to my departure date and I did not notice. I had to find another hotel. I expect that there would be not refund.

Overrated Hotel
Size of room and view from room, but I paid extra for the room
The hotel is old and tired and in need of a make over. The room was spacious, but old and tired decor and a carpet that needed throwing out. Buffet breakfast was not good, lukewarm food and poor quality. The best thing was checking out and leaving!

What was offered and delivered are poles apart?
LOcation, bus to fare and bell boys
It started out poorly with Agoda being extremely difficult to deal with when trying to change bookings and ended as bad when they would not honour parts of the promotion linked to the booking. Agoda are to blame mostly but Landmark just let themselves fall into the trap that arrogance can provide. I have stayed many times when the fair has been on and this will be the last, your arrogance and inability to help your customer was mind boggling? A few staff helped but overall the experience was not good and with so many options I think that others are a better choice when the fair is on.

Location, Clean
I stayed in Suite room but they provided just a Queen size bed. And, said renovated floor, but renovated just outside while keeping the room still old. Disappointed!!!
