Super Central Hotel of great convenience
Great location, friendly staff and value for money
Very friendly and multi lingual hotel, regular staff (I've stayed frequently this year), always clean and presented to a high standard. Great location and worth looking out for if you want a boutique hotel in the city.

Very underwhelming for such an expensive hotel
Internet access, staff friendliness, location
The hotel was well located for business and for shopping, but the price of the hotel compared to the size of the room, the facilities etc was appalling. This was more of a budget boutique hotel as opposed to a hotel that can justify charging in the upper tier of room rate for a Paris hotel. In the future, I would not stay here if I could have any other nearby hotel available instead.

Staff forget to tell me what my packgae included
Not reallly good
So-so. The interior is very old and the lifts were terribly frightening.

Friendly, professional, well dressed staff.
The staff was always available, friendly and helpful...and multi-lingual.
Although small rooms are typical of hotels in Paris...the beds in the Malte Opera are the real issue. For two adults they are way too small. Other than that the hotel was wonderful, clean, peaceful and although not close to any Metro it still was a good location for walking...if you know Paris.

Worse hotel have ever stay
This was the worse experience we have ever met. I would like to suggest Agoda to cancel this hotel on the list. We book a double room. They did not allow us to have kids in the room, and did not allow to add bed. The frontdesk gave us a family room in the night. The next day, the manager charged us 300 euro more for the change, and two night at least(from agoda, we only pay night). Even we want to cancel and move to other hotel. All the people were so rute, except the night shift. We would suggest people no to stay at this hotel. Agoda should consider not to work with them.

Good location but very basic
The hotel is fairly conveniently located, within walking distance of the Louvre, the Seine, and several Metro stations. The room was tiny, though, and very basic. I cannot believe that there wasn't even a kettle boil water for coffee/tea (nor any mugs with which to drink it). The lift was ancient and barely big enough for the 2 of us and our 2 suitcases. Front desk service was quite good and everyone spoke good English, which was a relief as we don't speak French. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but there are a couple of bakeries and grocers very close by, as well as several cafes. What surprised us was the dearth of French dining places in the area - there were very few of these, and they were (strangely) completely outnumbered by the Japanese restaurants. There must be at least 40-50 Japanese restaurants within a 100metre radius of the hotel. Weird.

Great location but small rooms
The location is extremely convenient, the rooms are clean
The location of this hotel is extremely convenient to the tourist locations, including Louvre, Opera de Garnier, shopping malls like Lafayette, Printemps, etc. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby too, like Asian food and cafe. There are supermarkets and stalls too. However, the rooms are very small but are clean and tidy.
