Convenient
Good for business travel, bit of a sterile hotel. Clean, convenient, value for money. Not really the place for a romantic getaway!

Strategic place to stay in Tokyo
It is right next to Tokyo Station, practically you can travel around Tokyo or the surrounding with ease. You can take the JR. Lots of good shops beneath and have plenty of restaurants to eat.

Location but be wary for using strollers
Location is in Tokyo Station but be wary if you want to get around using the stroller. The lifts to the platform of the local trains (Yamanote line etc) are on the South side whilst the Hotel is on the extreme North side so if you are travelling with Family just take note that to get out of Tokyo Station by rail involves walking a train length. For Shinkansen, the Nihombashi exit can only be used upto 1930 if I am not wrong and this option is usually the stairs only option. So most of the time you would be using Yaesu North Exit. As for the hotel wise, rooms are quiet and the views are extra ordinary of Tokyo, we had the view of the Sky Tree. Just take note that even with the automated blinds, some sunlight could seep through it and you might be awaken at 430 in the morning once the Sun appears. Food option is good with the various restaurants, supermarkets etc at the station. And being in Central Tokyo, certain places are walkable like the Imperial Palace East Gardens.

Expensive with little amenities
No laundry facilities to do your own laundry. Would have to use expensive valet service. Other hotels in Japan had much nicer bathroom toiletries andthis hotel offered the usual low budget shampoo etc., are found in low budget hotels. No iron or ironing board..restaurant was crazy expensive so advise to eat out in the many restaurants thst are easy to get to on the trains. Very convenient as next to Tokyo train station so this was definitely a plus. Our room had an amazing view of the city but paid alot for this as well.
