Clean Room, Great Location:
Location, Location, Location.
But seriously this is a very clean, and efficient hotel in Tokyo. It's proximity to the Meguro Station and Yamanonte Line make it a great option to other more costly areas. There is no food at the hotel however there are a number of restaurants in walking distance and it is right next door to a starbucks for that morning cup of coffee. The rooms are small, so if you are two people you should be very close. However I have stayed all over Tokyo and unless you pay a premium you will likely get a small room for your dollar. If you are working of visiting everything is just a train ride away, the staff is very helpful and courteous and there were English speakers available during my stays here. This is my third stay at this hotel so I can recommend it on good faith, I am privy to Mandarin Oriental and Park Hyatt (of movie fame) and if you want a luxurious stay this is not it, but if you want to use those extra hundreds/thousands for a few more days in Japan this is good alternative. Airport access, mostly - take the Keikyu line from the airport (Haneda) to Shinagawa then the Yamanonte line to Meguro Station. Optionally use Uber it's a decent value for the money here. Hope this review helps someone!

Small but great
Superb location, Free WiFi, excellent (if small) bathroom
The room was small, but big enough. WiFi was good, location superb: 2 minute walk to the rail station, 7-Eleven downstairs, many restaurants nearby. Tiny bathroom, but it was excellent.

Staff is very excellent ; take care with the good English skills. The room is not so small compare to the price range and the location

Location, public transport, staff
We struggled to find accomodation over NY, however managed to get a booking and extend our stay due to the close proximity to all major attractions in Tokyo! It only takes 4 minutes to arrive at shibuya, spot on!!
