Very stay

Spacious room, Clean linen, good Indian breakfast , good wifi
Worth for he money paid for.. Easy access to shopping and sightseeing. Our only problem was toilet flush system was very unsightly.

One Star Hotel

Bad : - No WiFi internet (but advertised) - TV was not working - Airconditioning was namesake (no operable windows as well) - No safelocker (but advertised) - Lift was not working (room was in second floor) - some painting work was going on - dusty and lots of chemical smell couldnt sleep properly

Very poor experience Extremely dirty passage, always full of used beer bottles and empty room service plates. Very poor lighniting. Shower did not work well, there was hardly any water coming out of the shower. Water heater was not working. Fridge made a lot of noise

Nice budget hotel for online customers

It was nice overall but had certain issues as following:- 1. I was standing in lobby with my 2 year old son and a bell boy Malikarjun picked some other guest luggage and turned around without looking at my son and was singing a song and was about to hit my son with luggage bag when I luckily pulled my son aside. On this I told him to watchout but he was totally ignorant and just walked by. On this I yelled out loudly at him while he was about to reach the entrance of the hotel and he was still singing and turned around and very rudely said what happened and then moved out. I stood there in front of reception area where at least three hotel staff were available and at least 4 other hotel staff nearby including restaurant GM was looking and stood quietly. Then I made some noise for the incident and then GM came upto me and advised me calm down and I explained him the situation. But rather than taking any action he still advised me to be quite and didn't utter a single word against his staff. Now that is the height of irresponsibility and lately he said I will talk to him tommorow. Really are you running a 3 *** property in Bengaluru. GIVE ME A BREAK! 2. I ordered Dal Tadka with no chilly at all what so ever neither red or green. Room service brought the order with lots of chillies in it and was generous enough to exchange it when advised about the same. Again they brought Dal with more chillies in it. Wow wow wow do you mind I have a 2 year old baby whom needs to be served. I gave them the sample but nobody tasted but advised me that it's 11pm and chef is gone home and we cannot do anything. 3. The day I was suppose to checkout it was bot cold and hot water was not available as the boiler got faulty. I called maintainance around 11:45am but after that they stopped picking up the calls from my room. Finally I took bath and after several reminders at the reception also no action was taken. I went to reception and told them I have cab booked for 2PM and it's 1:15pm.

Waste of money,No respect to customers.
it was hectic. i came for an auditing and i usually visit bangalore and i had to stay in office till 12.30 am and slept extra 1 hour more than the chckout time.A crappy guy in recption who looks like never washed face didnt accept and asked me for 2300 and i said i dnt have money since that was 31 january and i cant pay that money,he didnt accept and he said whatever and whomsoever i am i have to pay it,else he will call police just for an hour. i felt like very ashamed and i called my friend's friend and she gave me money. I never met this harsh people in my life,very sad day in my life. One more thing is i asked the elder person in reception that i will chekout 1 hour late ad he accepted it.

Booze hotel and not good for executive stay

Only the location is good and nothing else
The hotel is smelly with minimum facility in the room and no staff cooperation. We cant even make local outgoing calls from the room. There is no thermostat control (Only on/off). Water heater does not work, WC flush system is a mess. The Hotel rooms smells of pesticide

horrible front office staff.

location and food is good.
The hotel is conveniently located around 4 kms from cantonment station. The moment I said I have a booking at the hotel, the staff at the front office expression was as if I have come to stay for free. They don't even talk, smile or greet. Poor hospitality.

Anything but satisfactory. Very disappointing.

Reasonably cheap,Good South Indian breakfast, but that's a personal preference.
I'm sure you can get better hotels at the same price. Check in was quick thanks to online booking. The room was dingy with no ventilation. WiFi was not working. I stayed there for a week and despite repeated complains, they didn't pay any heed. Menu for room service is very limited. There were some very noisy families staying in the adjacent rooms. Could hear them and their loud TV all the time. Complained about the same. Again, nothing was done about it. They could have given me a different room at least. I had to catch an early morning flight and I informed them about the same the previous evening. Yet, no preparation was done about the same. Had to wake them at 4:30 in the morning. The guy tool forever to process it. Made several mistakes in the calculation and billing, I believe which were deliberate, to extract some extra cash. They sent one of the guys to 'check' the room while I was at the reception waiting to check out. I later found out I had forgotten my comb in the room which they never mentioned to me while they were 'checking' my room. Anyway, thanks to long time they took to calculate the outstanding bills, I almost missed my flight. Bad bad experience. Would definitely not recommend it. Shell out some more cash and go for a hotel that is worth it.
