Review of room
The room is just ok.The aircon is not working... its good I only stayed for one night. Ok for travelers with early flight the following day because its just 5-10mins away from Narita Airport and they have free shuttle bus.

Excellent Staff
Hotel Nikko Narita's staff was exceedingly helpful and accommodating. Restaurant Serena's breakfast featured a vast array of choices for every palate. The buses and shuttles ran precisely on schedule. Great value, great two night stay!!!

Love the location which is located next to Metro Station. One comment, would like to see extra and fluffy pillows.

Great for pre flight night
Loved they had reasonably priced facilities on site despite it being a Nikko. Good convenience store, too.

Bad luck for me
Maid mistake : room is not prepare for new customer. Glass of water still there, slipper, banana of previous guest. Awful
