Boutique hotel with few frills
Design and friendly staff
The hotel is clean and fine. Room design is simple and elegant. Bathroom is good and water pressure fine. The hotel has no frills - no laundry service, no room service and even lacked coffee / tea making facilities. The Air Conditioning units were so noisy that they woke us up every evening. It does the job but I think it is is overpriced for what we got.

Lovely hotel and location, but a bit pricey
Modern decor and amazing bed!
The location was perfect for my first time in Toronto. Just a stone's throw from shopping on Queen's street and within 20 mins walk to the waterfront and Eaton Centre mall. Great room and bathroom with modern furnishing and awesome views. The rates could have been about cheaper per night, but other than that it was an amazing experience overall.

Great hotel, but bad Internet access
Very personal service. Got a room upgrade at check in.
Great hotel. Great service and staff, but the hotel's Internet access was terrible all weekend. Would definitely stay there again though.
