Overall good, relaxing and convienent

ambiance, staff, location
Overall good, however, first room after a big rain, roof started to leak and we had to move. The next room was filled with cigarette smoke and could not be removed, was hoping for another room but it did not happen and the last day the air condition unit started to drip water all over the floor and as well as the toilet backing up, other than that a nice hotel...

Cheap, centrally located near LRT, Large room
We bear it because it was cheap and centrally located. The surroundings were filthy and the toilet cannot flush well. The bathroom floods after each bath.

Great location to do shopping but...

It's situated right at one of d MRT or LRT stop inside a building like shopping center. Staffs r all nice n approachable. Privacy is really their forte...
Dis Hotel is REALLY MEANT for COUPLES only. No windows in room. Water is kinda like room temperature rather than hot. WIFI is only gud at reception. Food is expensive n not appealing even when ur hungry... Pic of rooms r not as attractive as in reality. However, if ur going for a shopping with ur wife or Gf, d place serve as a gud stopping point for d night as its close to China town, 168 or 999 Divisoria. But it's really not meant for family with kids... Overall, I m happy with d service but still upset with d room setup... (Red Dragon Room)

Not so good place to stay but not bad

the service is not bad
The location is in the busy street of old sta.cruz, the uniform is exaggerated with the wings. the place is under renovation. It is not the best but not the worst yet the people are friendly.

New Hotel with old business

CLean and new
Was surprised to find it so nice and clean as well as modern. Was also surprised to see it's more of a by the "hour" hotel and not the best place for children. Not bad, but opens the doors to questions. Lots of "couples" who took advantage of the great price. Also, many ladies waiting on their true loves in the lobby. It being new, nice and affordable I can appreciate the young couples taking advantage of this nice hotel. Would say for couples or single travelers you can't beat the price.
