Excellent location
Hotel is right smack along the shopping strip. Very happening place, lots of shops and restaurants. The reception is on the 2nd floor and there is no escalator nor elevator which means you have to lug your bag up the stairs to the reception area. Single room is spacious and clean. TV a channels are limited. Maybe I didn't know how to use the remote control.

Great hotel, prime location
We loved this hotel. It's just a short walk from the train station and on the downtown promenade with shops and restaurants. Rooms are clean and fairly large by Japan's standards. There is free coffee in the lobby and a washer/ dryer for self-service laundry. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel hidden in a nice location
Location - comfort - value for money
Somewhat hidden in a shopping arcade, we found this Hotel to be very comfortable for our one night stay in Sendai. The staff was super friendly in keeping our luggage before check-in - we hardly gave them time to check as we immediately needed to run off to catch a train but they helped us with a smile. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back.

Good hotel in shopping area
Comfortable; located close to train station; shopping area
This hotel was comfortable and pleasant. It is located about 5 minutes walk from Sendai Railway Station? Its entrance is in a shopping arcade, so there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room did not have wifi but there was LAN cable Internet connection in the room. Good hotel for price paid.

Centrally Located Hotel
Free Laundry, Spacious Twin Room, Decent Location
The hotel might be a bit hard to find at first as you have to access it from the the sheltered Ichibancho Street. The hotel's reception is located on the second floor and there are no lifts to the second floor so do take note. Besides that, the hotel offers complimentary water and coffee. Internet/wifi is only available downstairs at the lobby area. Laundry machines such as washing machines and dryers are free to use. The twin room was quite big and the beds were very comfortable.

It Would Have Probably Been Great If....
Online, the best was the price and the photos of their seemingly welcome facility.
We were not able to stay at the hotel after paying already because even with the use of a Japanese translator on our end, the hotel staff was not able to give us driving directions to their location. The excuse was that they did not have a parking lot so they did not know how to give directions. We were unable to locate the hotel when we finally made it in late that night and decided to stay at another. A refund was not given by the hotel for that one night stay, even though they, as a business failed to direct their already paid customer properly.
