Very modern and a few motel like rooms
staff, location, service
An very recently refurbished hotel, which could be a good thing, but 5 rooms are facing the carpark, some are literarly facing cars and next to housekeeping's storage room: expect to wake up early with the sound of car doors being smashed and diesel engines. These rooms are overpriced motel rooms and should be avoided. We asked to change after one morning... (plus you don't expect to have a carpark view with a car 2 meters away as the only view from the window. Upstairs (indoor) rooms are great. All these rooms have been redone, with an old style in mind but using modern materials, which overall look a little tacky for a 4 star hotel. Service and staff were amazing and understanding. However I wouldn't go back.

Magical hotel with amazing staff and location
The room was to a really high standard with a lovely bathroom and balcony, the staff were very helpful booking restaurants and recommending places to go. The location was very central.
On arrival I checked in and was told we were upgraded due to it being my partners birthday which was an amazing surprise!(I had commented it was his birthday on booking the hotel but was expecting more along the lines of a fruit basket or something...) The hotel was clean and had a lovely flowery smell. The Room was a superior room- no. 30. It was gorgeous and the perfect size- separate bath and shower and his and hers sinks. It was definitely nice to wake up to after one too many beer sampling the day before!! Although I did notice no kettle but everywhere is so nearby I just popped out and grabbed some coffees and croissants in the morning. There are no negatives to say about this hotel. We did not have the breakfast but it looked very nice indeed. Within seconds you are on a street of shops and restaurants- everything is so close. Did not want to leave. Will definitely come back.

Great Stay in Brugges at the Prinsenhof
Location, Friendly Helpful Staff, Clean Rooms
We had a lovely stay at the Prinsenhof. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend it. Fantastic staff. Nice facilities and location. Quiet and off-the beaten path, but still very near to everything. Nice selection of DVD's for viewing in the room. Bath Products have a strong neroli oil scent, if you like that.
