Overpriced, won't be back

Rooms weren't bad, but definitely not good
I won't be back here. Was too far from the airport, $45 taxi. A/C was stuck on, so it became too cold in the room. We would unplug it until it was too hot, then plug it back in for a bit. Initially the tv didn't work, had sound but no picture. We had to continuously turn it on and off for it to finally work. Breakfast which was included was mediocre at best. Just no selection other thwn brwad, jam and cereal..We would have been upset if we paid for it, I can tell you that.

The room was perfect for our one night stay.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. There was enough lighting in the room and the bathroom was clean. The shower was really nice. The check,in was easy and fast. The bed was comfy too!
Our stay was really nice. I would stay here again. The staff was nice and spoke well. The room was clean, comfortable, and well lit.

Walking to eataries/Small breakfast/Carry-out places would deliver for free
I will never stay at this hotel again. I am not the type of person to complain but I have to this time. First, when I got off of my flight I was told prior that the hotel had a shuttle service, from this sight, as a matter of fact. They didn't so I had to pay for a taxi/car service both to and from the airport and back. My last night there, I was awakened by kids screaming and playing in the hall and banging doors at 1:27a. I called the front desk and the guy at the counter did contact the parents of the kids and it was still and not noise and then AGAIN at 2a the same thing, kids running and playing and slamming doors in the hall and this time there were also adults in the mix. I AGAIN called the front desk and the guy at the desk, again, contacted the adults and it ended up being still, after I threatened to call the police. I don't want to make it sound like the staff was bad because they weren't but they need to get a better hold of the people staying at the hotel and tell them at check-in that they need to be quiet when it gets late, out of respect for others staying in the hotel.

Convenient & Clean

Price, clean , convenient
It was handy, clean & convenient to stay at Hotel Q. Some issues with our booking when we arrived at the hotel but the man at the front desk sorted it out.

A bit far but overall the area is nice

clean, nice, many chinese supermarker around the hotel
Only I think I feel disappointed...i asked front desk help me to call the taxi to airport but it was not a taxi.....and the driver charged me $ was talking about 5 mins driving to the airport. How come he could charge me $25...i think it is unreasonable high.....
