Bad to worse!!!!
Comfortable bed. Nothing else.
This was easily the worst hotel that we stayed in during our 5 weeks through Thailand, Laos and India. Absolutely nothing to recommend it. Shower fixings came off in the hand, shower didn't work properly, no hot water nor even tepid. After trying to shower, 2cms of water stayed on the floor as evacuation was blocked. Solution of the repairman-put a towel down to mop up the mess. Other good points-right next to a six-lane road, swimming pool was full of deep-grey water, unusable, rooftop was like a building site, oh and the wi-fi didn't work. There is no way I could ever recommend this hotel apart from the comfy bed - 1/10*

very bad and shaddy hotel, do not book this hotel.

very bad hotel. actually this is set of three residence apartment building being converted into a hotel step by step when the hotel owner gets the funds. reception is made very nice to fool the customers, checked in around 10pm (late) air condition and tv were not working, had to call the maintenance guy, he fixed both but later they again stopped working. ordered the food, dal was rotten and smelling, food. near about 5am i woke up to loud bangs like gunfire, ladies were shouting and crying. as soon as i opened the door there was dense smoke all over the place. my room was on 1st floor, i tried to exit the building but ground floor was filled with poisonous smoke, couldn't see or breathe. it was the electrical panel which was situated near the entrance which was on fire and blocked the way out. there was no fire exit, what a hotel. not a single opening window in the room, had to break it to breath. after twenty minutes of hell fire rescue came and extinguished the fire. near bout 6am the reception guy gave a substitute room, after getting ready, checked out @ 8 am, he was so shameful that he was demanding extra bed charges after all of this harassment. after having juice in morning buffet, my stomach got upset and ached like hell caused water was mixed in it. i have photographs of the burnt area as a proof

The hotel staff is good but the hotel lacks maintenance. On my first day I was made to change the room three times and one of the times the room was so small that there was barely space to move around the room ; when I protsted I was told that the room booked is economy and would be like this only... The staff is very cooperative and helpful; the food in the hotel is not that great ,but you can order from outside.

Not convenient location - noisy all night
staff helpful when I lost wallet and cards
I arrived very tired to find that hotel did not have my booking. This was found later.I had an excellent stay here 12 months ago, but this year I was aware of the traffic noise, which kept me awake at night - different room location. It's 10 minutes plus to walk to Nehru Place Metro station - during daylight not to bad, but not very convenient at night. As usual, tuck tuck drivers don't know location of hotel, so you need to be very aware yourself of the location. I lost or had my wallet stolen and the staff were very helpful in cancelling cards etc. Bed sheets etc not very clean, but his is India, and you need to be able to deal with this

Dirty, far away, amenities listed that don't exist
It had Air Con.
This was the worst Hotel we've ever stayed in. The people were dishonest. I'd e-mailed them a few days prior to arrival asking about a station pick-up but not received a reply. They claimed their internet had been down so they hadn't seen it, even though I got a "Read Receipt" the same day I sent the e-mail, so fobbing me off with a blatant lie wasn't the best start. The bathroom was filthy, had 3 more lizards than we'd asked for, & there was hair in the drain that no one had felt the need to clean up. They add fictitious charges to your bill - we did some laundry and they'd overcharged on certain items. They also added a Room Service Surcharge for a bottle of water I'd gone down & brought back myself from the "Restaurant" (a grotty, low-lit basement with chairs & tables, nothing like the images on the site). Also, the Hotel is a good hour away from Connaught Place, if not more. So much so that we couldn't even get any Auto Rickshaws to take us as it would've taken too long - they'd only take us to the nearest Metro station. I accept this was my fault for not checking the location properly. Horrible.

깨끗하고 친절함
호텔이 전체적으로 깨끗했으며 직원들이 친절했음. 화장실도 넓었음. 다만 보안이 그렇게 좋지는 않다고 여겨짐. (여자둘이 묶는 방에 호기심때문인지 자꾸 벨 누르고 노크하는 경우가 많았음) - 매니저에게 컴플레인 후에 같은 문제는 더 이상 발생하지 않았음.
