Nice but noisy

Cleanliness,staff and breakfast
Nice stay but front rooms are noisy due to street traffic.

Nice hotel in a good location.

Clean hotel, easy access to transport and beach.
I enjoyed my stay at the Regio Hotel. The room was clean and had a view of parts of the city. The room was well furnished for the price. There were a few good restaurants with a lot of locals at night around the hotel. The Cadiz train station can be easily accessed by bus or taxi. The long stretch of Cadiz beach is a few steps away.

Clean and well situated, with helpful staff.

The Regio is ideally situated to reach all parts of Cadiz with the refular, efficient transport network on the doorstep. Clean rooms, powerful shower, private safe for valuables.
i loved the location. the long sandy beach was 3 minutes walk from the hotel door, and a few paces down the block is where you can catch the no.1 bus to the historic centre of the city. this bus runs seemingly every minute and costs only €1. the reception staff speak good english and are very helpful providing maps of the city and detailed instructions of what is to be seen and where. i was there during carnaval, and the staff knew which events were going on and at what times. i shall definitely not be looking for another hotel when i return to cadiz, as i was more than happy with all aspects of the regio.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Literally every minute the No.1 bus can take you to the historic center of the city. I beseech you to go and soak up up the history of this city, from fortified sea defences and the roman amphitheatre to the historic motorcycle museum. I dare say there is a lot of the new to discover, but for lovers of the old and ancient, Cadiz has it in spades.

Poor service, tiny beds - stay elsewhere!

None. Just a ton of Cons
The hotel is located on the main road, and was easy to reach, but the positives end there. The rooms were okay, but we had to request a bigger room than the matchbox we were initially given, as two of our family would not fit into the 140 cm "double" beds they had. There is additionally just one overworked person manning the hotel, which means that that poor soul is overworked and stressed out completely, although she did her best. I would recommend staying at another hotel if you can find one...

comfortable room with smiling staff

the room is comfortable and one of the staff was very helpful with smiling face
this hotel is in the new town and might be one of the best value for money hotels in this area. i liked the room as it really is up to the standard of 4-star, comparing to the 6 hotels i stayed in Spain. also, the location is good, walking distance to the beach and bus stations 60 meters away from the hotel.

Nice looking hotel, good service

Modern and stylish
i have stayed here before and came back for a second time, so that should tell you that i like it there. the staff are great, the rooms are a good size and clean and comfortable.

Nice looking hotel, good service

The style was fairly modern, nice large bathroom, enclosed balcony
This was one of the better hotels I stayed in in Spain, in terms of value for money and service. The staff were very helpful and proactive. The cafeteria is only open until 12pm and doesn't do any food after that time so be aware of that. There was a large glass enclosed balcony which was great as it was winter, and it's right on one of the main drags in Malaga close to shops. The room itself was fine. A good size with a small desk. Only problem was the heating worked, but not very well.

Very friendly, helpfull. Clean Rooms.

Very close to the very beautiful beaches (however ugly buildings alond the beach). Room directly on the busy road, but very good Sound Isolation.
Would go there again. A good location for going to the beach AND the old centre. Take the bus at the bus stop to the right when exiting the hotel, bus number 1 to the beautiful old centre, last stop. About a 5-10 min ride.
