Located in the historic city city offers this hotel the charme of the last century. Nice, clean rooms and nearly located of the big temple and the cathedral of Mexico city. The hotel also offers a restaurant and a nice small lobby bar

Great location in the heart of the city

Walking distance from major attractions

Very nice hotel with basic ammenities. I enjoyed the hotel due to the location and the nice team working there. Everything was clean. It is walking distance from several good restaurants. I will consider staying here again.
Hotel Feature Tip: request that your room does not face the main street, because the noise of the people will wake you up.

Tulip Inn ? -- OUt !!!

The location , very near the Zokolo- excellent position Very helpful reception staff
6.3
The reception staff were very helpful in organizing daily tours ( they work with one tour company, so if you are in the city like I was for only a couple of days this was fine. The 'welcome' mat said on it the "golden Tulip" of that well know chain, but this hotel DID not belong at all to any affiliated group. The room was clean enough, but lacked any 'good hotel' feeling. The bathrooms were very old and outdated, which only added to the feeling that something was missing. The road in front of the hotel is now pedestrian at day , traffic at night time which could be noisy if you're on that side.
Travel tip: Do not take the City day tour offered by the hotel, by the time the tour starts an hour has passed. you can see many of the sites by yourself on the Zokolo, and if not then take the 'Touribus' a 5 minute walk from the hotel takes you all over the city for 1/2 the price . You can get on / off whenever you like.
