Nice city hotel in old dutch houses

Easy access to public transport, comfortable room, bike rental available.
7.7
Hotel Sebel is normally easy reachable by tram from the two main railway stations of Den Haag, however this time there was a planned maintenance of the tram line which passes the hotel and the next tram stop was 10 walking minutes away. however once you arrived it is recommendable to rent a bike of the hotel and discover Den Haag by bike. The room was comfortable but only reachable via 2 flies of steep stairs ( typical dutch). The internet is free and fast.

"A pleasant hotel in a good location"

"Helpful staff and a nice room"
8.3
The hotel is in a good location, convenient to the tram line. It is easy to get to the railway station, via the tram, and is also to get to the attractions in The Hague, either by tram or by walking. The hotel has an unusual elevator - to run it, you need to keep your finger pressed to a button (or the power stops) - but it works well. The room was well-furnished and the bathroom was large and modern. The hotel staff were very helpful; one provided good directions from the railway station, and a second staff member gave excellent advice (a day trip to Delft) for a Monday (when everything of interest in The Hague was closed).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: A side trip to Delft, from The Hague, is very worthwhile. It is a short trip by tram, very inexpensive, and the city is interesting, historic and attractive. A visit to its Vermeer Museum was a highlight of the visit to Holland.

Small, but adequate

The room must about the smallest that I have ever stayed in, the whole room is about the size of a toilet in one of Dubai’s hotels. Having said that, I was impressed by the staff and the level of service that I received. I arrived at a very early hour, but the hotel staff made wonders in preparing my room for a very early check in. The buffet breakfast while limited and a bit cramped, provided a very good level of service. There is a tram line and a night club in front of the hotel, light sleepers be warned.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Tram line 17 passes in front of the hotel, and a stop is few meters away, it connects directly to Den Hague central station, make use of it.

Hôtel charmant

Confortable, central et abordable
8.7

Damit zieht man keine Gäste an.
