Satisfactory
The stay was okay. It's definitely better than average with this price. We had good sleep and rest though.

Last minute planned trip. Wish we didnt make the trip 😐
We checked in around 3pm. Wish to take shower but couldnt since there's no towel. Call for towel but said towels will be sent at 5pm. 5.30pm and our towels have yet reach our room. Call again to ask n they said that the trolley is already at our floor (only 3 floors n im at 1st floor). At 6.05pm i decided to wait outside the room.. only then i saw this guy with towels.. by then it was already 6.15pm. I have never step foot to any hotels that didnt provide me with towels upon checking in. Hello I checked in at 3pm ya..not 12pm, thus should have enough time to give new towels. Am so dissapointed with this. You dont have to say about toilet . I have this strand of hair attached to the toilet bowl.. yikes.. the water heater not working.. so difficult to boil water for my kids. Brekfast was so so except for excellent nasi lemak taste..the rest is plain. Hotel is slow in replenishing food n staff at the restaurant is bit slow and unresponsive 😯😯😯 . Honestly I dont want to repeat my stay here. The room is too pricey for such lousy room n service. You guys shud do something about this

Functional but rubbish
The rooms smell of damp and cigarette smoke. The carpets and bed sheets are stained. If you don't have a road facing room they're depressingly dark. It served it's purpose location wise for the weekend but if I can help it I won't be staying here again... ever. I might camp next time if it comes to it.

Dirty with bad service
We checked in around 3pm and was given a key to our room. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The real problem starts when we enter our room. Bathroom with leftover hair from previous dweller. Bed sheet has stains on it. Curtains were dusty so was the table and chairs. Toilet ceiling was leaking. Being my patient self I just call housekeeping and was told there was no other rooms left. So they came to dust the room and replace the sheets. We had to stand outside the room, tired from our travel waiting for housekeeping to do their job. While that listening to them complaining. What a service! After they were done no apologies on the inconvenience caused. But I have to endure the 'sour face' treatment. And to top it off, the air Cond in the room was dripping at night. Well, the next day for breakfast buffet me and my husband didn't expect much after all we went through. Buffet wasn't great it was lots of carb and carb and carb. Ex: nasi goreng kampung, porridge, bread, Mee hoon soup. When I requested for a fried egg since the omelette was empy in the serving bowl the waiter said its chargeable. When I gave him 'the look' he then after said its on the house. So yea, after breakfast we checked out and vow never to come to this hotel again.

Breakfast served late. Supposedly at 7 am. However, they prepared for me ala cart Nasi Goreng and it was delicious! I have had a great stay at this hotel.
