not worth it
when we came late around 12 mid night ,room no towel and the a/c is broken ,bathroom so dirty ,plus no towel and no light inside all is broken.took forever to get our room .

Very goog place to stay in KL. Definetly would come back

Short Holiday - KUL
I like the area of the Hotel coz its just walking distance to the shopping mall, restaurant, clubs and bar. The staff are very friendly and front desk are very accommodating. The wifi acess are just available in selected floor/room, at this time where all hotels have wifi access, in Hotel Soleil, there are floor that no wifi access in the room so you need to go the lobby to get an access. The rest are great. Will stay again when I get back.

The location of the hotel is very good. But the management need to change the facilities inside the room. This is because the funitures consider obsolete need urgently change. The latest room I stay the bed was shaking and making a lot of noise. The toilet need to be renovated. It's an old fashion type. If the management want more customer staying in this hotel better do some changes or you will loose your customer slowly and it will effect your business. There are so many hotel around and customer have their choice to choose. Concern and regular customer.
