Dirty bed sheets and noisy area
The bed sheets were dirty. The hotel is located beside a restaurant which is quite noisy at night.

Nice and clean room with basic facilities. Value for money. 30 mins travel time by cab from amanjaya bus terminal which is a bit far.

The bathroom water is not drying and cannot going
Make improvement on the bathroom. This can avoid injury due to floor too slippery.

Everything ok except unreasonable check in terms &
I have no comment on the deal but one thing, the most unreasonable request by the hotel management is that customer is REQUIRED to perform check of EVERY ROOM ITEMS upon stay-in to ensure it is free from damages & STAINS or else penalty may be imposed upon check-out according to a list of itemized costs as per stipulated rules and regulations on check-in bill. I agree such stipulations may apply to MISSING item such as pillow, tv, glasses etc., but not STAINS & DAMAGES. How do you define the latter? Of my case, bed comforter & pillow cover were with yellowish stain and towel was torn with holes and wall painting faded, are they considered damages? I don't mind to use since they are indeed clean but what if upon check-out and they penalise you for such so called damages and hold you liable for not reporting these flaws upon check-in since the stipulations terms are legal binding. It is ridiculous to make customer obliged under such duty and vague terms as I believe no travellers would like hassles for their holidays!
