Utterly crap

They served food, they had a bed, they were very close to the Lyceum theatre and tesco
Upon walking through the front door my fiancée said 'oh god'. An unenthusiastic receptionist greeted me with the key. Our room stunk and had bed bugs, they provided zero toiletries without ensuite bathrooms, had a limited breakfast options and very unenthusiastic staff leading to a depressing stay.

nice hotel

location, price, easy to find
My stay at the hotel was good. It was ideal for what I needed. I found the hotel easy to find and it is near quite a few food places, so you are not short of somewhere to eat.

Awful bathroom

good duvet, pillows
There were only two showers for the ten rooms and one was out of order. The other was poor, with poor flow and you had to climb up to use it with no grab rail or slip mat. Very unsafe. Should warn that this is not suitable for anyone with disability issues.

Functional base

Location, location, price
This is a very basic (hostel style) hotel. They don't pretend to be anything else so this is fine but be aware that the building, furniture etc are all pretty shabby and that groups of younger travellers stay here making noise a bit of an issue. It is OK for the price but not a great place to stay.

great location and price, bad rooms

The location and price!
The rooms are horrible, covered in what I assume is mold. The beds were also awful, however the location makes it worth it if you are on a budget. I also felt like our rooms were safe and secure. There was plenty if hot water in the shared shower.
