Location not in the centre of Shinjuku. No Airport bus is big problem..I Stay there almost 5 days with other couples friends. Room is ok, Japan standard

Near Metro Station and clean
Near station Exit, with clean and comfortable room. Professional make up room service, But I think don't need re-new slippers and hair comb.

Hotel was affordable and convenient. Located right next to higashi-shinjuku it was easy to travel everywhere. Most staff spoke really good english. Rooms were tiny as mentioned below and smokers sections smelt terrible.

Way over priced
The hotel itself, without being bad is nothing close to what the brochures and pictures try to show, and it wouldn't be hard to find something better in every aspect. The room was very dissapointing, bately big enough for one person, there wasn't even enough space to open one luggage, let alone two. The staff we got to deal with was at best polite, on the checkin with clearly had the feeling we were nothing more to the clerc than cattle in his business. The location is a confortable walk to shinjuku throught the red light district and hotels. As for other customers, mainly chinese and very noisy, and not regarding for maners. In fine, the hotel was, with the discount, yet about twice as expensive as it should have been.
