Clean hotel with great amenities and friendly staf
Great hotel located in a quiet area. Didn't have to deal with the crowd as I've stayed in the Shibuya area previously. Housekeeping was always immaculate and they paid attention to all the little details. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back again for my next Tokyo trip. Thank you!

Very vivid place
Great location, varied breakfast, but tiny dining area, unfortunate seats. Overall, still good to recommend!

good location handy to train stations
We were very, very disappointed with the breakfast menu. We have stayed at numerous 4 stars hotel and this is the worst we have encountered. We will just compare it to the other hotels we have stayed during our trip in Japan (some are just 3 stars) and Hotel Villa Fontaine came last. It is a shame for a 4 star hotel to use plastic crockery and you are expected to clear the table after you have eaten! Also tables were always messy with crumbs etc because they were not wipe clean after previous guests have finished their breakfast. We stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast menu was the same for the 6 days.

Classy, Business Area
Our 5 night stay at this hotel was good. Check in and check out hassle free. Majority of the staff are really helpful. We found three downside in our Queen Superior room; it doesn't have enough cabinet to hang clothes on, the refrigerator is not set properly as we bought an ice cream and just melted inside so we ended up throwing it, all the pillows are really uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast is always busy and could get very crowded. Might need more choices for menu and change of breakfast lay-out area. Airport Limousine, or Hato Bus tours very handy as pick up and drop off area at Conrad Tokyo Hotel next door. Walking distance to Ginza shopping district.

Reasonable location good business hotel
A little bit away from the action but comfy large rooms and high quality facilities. Nothing excessive or fancy. Practical and well located for transport. Laundry on each floor and English (non dubbed) television. Suitable for week long stay.
