After complaining about the poor lighting and broken shower the 2nd time, to a different desk clerk, I got a much better response. The clerk went with me to the room, saw the problem, apologized, and immediately offered me a bigger, better room with windows.
- Travel tip : There is a great Dim Sum restaurant right across the street called Yum Cha. The hotel is also a short block away from one of the better "hawker" food centers on Smith Street. Also many places to get a quick foot massage at the end of the day.
