NEVER STAY THERE!
I am a backpacker person,I dont care where I sleep at all. But this place is horrible. Dirty sheets pillows, Big rats in rooms, disgusting something called breakfast. Location is not good, far from bus stations to go to Bukit Lawang. There are a few rooms to stay but Its totally rubbish. Dont look at pictures of the rooms. There are no windows. There are AC but even with that you cant breathe. It stinks very bad. The only thing about there is the staff. They were friendly.

Worst stay during my travel
First of all...I don't wanna be mean but this was the worst stay I had in one year traveling. The rooms are very very dirty. It was not possible to seat on the toilet because everything was full of pi. Much worse was the breakfast and the unfriendly and bored staff. Never again!

Fine for one or two days stay
Bed sheets are clean, located close to a big mall, nice sitting area at the ground floor
* Room was clean but moldy and windowless, I woke up with soar throat the two nights I slept there. * Staff were responsive and helpful but not smiling that much. * Hotel offer transportation but you should know that the minivan you would book with them will spend on average two hours picking up people from Medan before finally heading to your destination. so a four hour trip usually takes 6 hours. (sadly, this is everywhere in Sumatra not just this hotel)

Don't recommend it
centrally located
Hello I wouldn't go back to this place. The hotel tenant has swapped my passport with another customer after printing them. There is no window in the room. The bathroom was not pleasant to use
