Hotel located in an easily accessible area
Convenient and close to U- Bahn station :Naturkunde-Museum with a reasonable price

Clean and tidy; good and nice breakfast place nearby,convenient for both U-bahn and S-bahn stations, near to the tourist spots in walking distance (around 1 hr - so not in cold winter)

There is construction going on between Friedrichstr and Franzosische Str. Therefore, you need to stop at either station and walk along the Friedrichstrasse for around 15 minutes. You can see a lot of shops around that streets.

We went to the hotel late, but the reception staff was nice to help us for check in. The room was quite clean, but small room. It likes to live in the resident area. We were quite enjoying stay at it. But it’s a little far away from the main train station of Berlin.

Lovely hotel, but service without a smile!

Not very satisfied! Firstly, the room they gave me had 2 small beds, instead of a double one (the photo in your web page showed a double bed)! So, they made me take another room, which was the only one available with a double bed, but they charged us more, for each day of staying!.
The TV set was very small, and I couldn't read the words printed on the screen, from the bed's distance! There was only one english speaking chanel (BBC World)!
All printed material in the room (leaflets, magazins, etc.) was in german language! When I mentioned that to the receptionist, she told me: "you 're in Germany"!
In two cases (at the bistro and at the breakfast restaurant), the waitress behaviour was not friendly at all, in the second case, being quite unappropriate and rude.
Finally the rates for WiFi in the room was very high, and the free WiFi in the lobby area very very poor and very late.
I am sorry for these comments, but I was very desappointed myself from all these too!

Good value for money
price is really reasonable even during the IFA

I stayed in this hotel for a few days and I liked the service. I came to Berlin every year for the IFA ( one of the biggest consumer electronics exhibition in the world ), still I found this hotel value for money.
The room is not big but good enough for frequent business travellers like me. Absolutely clean and quiet for a decent sleep.
There is a supermaret next to the hotel so I can buy some beers and snacks at night.
Hotel staffs are friendly.
The only thing I don't appreciate is the WiFi connection. I have to come down to the lobby and use the "public" PC to do some work and communication. Yet, I cannot do the Skype!!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
you can always rent a bike in front of a hotel like this.

If you need to stay for one night close to central station in Berlin you are completely fine with this hotel. Would not stay there for business if necessary, better places in Berlin for this in terms of rate / location and standard.

Location is convenient but very small room.
Location is good that you could go outside by bus or metro, very convenient.

With the help of the good location of the hotel, it is easy to visit the Sony Tower, the Museums Island and it is also close to train station (around 3 stops by bus). Next to the hotel, there is a supermarket, you can buy daily necessity there. The main bad point of this hotel is that they do not have their own wi-fi system. You have to reach a thrid party and to pay through credit card if you want to use wi-fi. In addition, the reception (especially the night shift) is not as helpful as then the other hotels. Not sure, if it is because of language or they have not enough information to help.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I experienced many vehicles while my staying in this hotel. I took the tram to visit the Sony Tower. I took the metro to visit the Meseums Island we well as Postadam Plaza.
