New Year Holiday
Good Location, Price, Service
The location is really good, near to the night market! Price is reasonable, compared with other hotel on the new year 3-day weekends. Service is touching, especially arranging the shuttle bus to airport for us and the charges are sensible! One thing that flaws the good quality is the bathing water temperature is sometimes unstable, either cold or hot! At least, 4 stars to the 3-star hotel!

Not satisfied in general.
Staff performance, all are very polite and friendly except for 1 man in the restaurant on level 3 who is extremly rude, Foods are reasonable.
It was OK, not value for money charged based on a 3 stars hotel. The hotel needs upgrade immediately, the beach is very dirty with rubbish from the hotel floating on the water....I don' t think I will come back.

Nice staff
Staff at reception are nice and polite, no more
In general I don't think all low scores applied to this hotel are for the hotel itself but Phu quoc island tourist industry is still under developing progress. The hotel itself needs upgrade immediately due to old condition. Not value for money.

Not value for money
Staff performance, nothing else
Air conditoners didn't work very well, however staff told us to leave it on while going out so it helped better that way. In doing that, it will cost the hotel more for electricity which will be added on the room price.....

Unfriendly, noisy and not worth for money
Night market place, sea front
The hotel facilities are pretty old. Room is totally not sound proof and very noisy until mid night. A lot of group guests making a lot of noises without any reminders from hotel staff. Upstair is a restaurant with a lot of noises and staff moving chair and table since 6am and until 11.30, despite complaints. Receptionist is far from friendly attitude as well as others like concierge. Construction is being done within the hotel territory without any coverage, giving guest inconvenient and dust. Hotel is sea front but the yard is not clean, unused or wasted stuffs seen all around. No free airport pickup like other hotels and resorts of the island. Not worth for money and should not be a 3 star hotel

caution! ..sacrifice a clean beach for town access
Next door to the night market
The staff did not speak much English, it was challenging to communicate. When we arrived around noon, the hotel restaurant was not opened for service to individuals, only to tour groups. Tour buses filled the parking lot in front of the hotel. The pool was small. The beach was dirty, water has many rocks. If you're coming for a relaxing beach vacation, this is not an ideal hotel. In the evenings there was loud music from a parties and weddings hosted on the property. The room was average, we got rooms w/ ocean view. But the height of the trees blocked this view completely. Friends stayed at Phu Van, which had a beautiful pool, but lacked access to the beach.
