Exceeded expectations
The big surprise for me at this hotel was the quality of the gym and pool - ended up with 5 great workouts in 5 days. In house restaurants were good but expensive - but rooms, staff etc. were really good. Felt like our home and retreat from the dust and heat of Delhi.

Horribly disappointing Service
We were two families, putting up at Hyatt Regency for a night on our way back from Agra. The location of this hotel is excellent and Hyatt is supposedly a 5-star property. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and we would not recommend a stay here even for a night. after checking-in at the hotel and given our keys, we had to wait for more than 40 mins for our luggage to be delivered at the rooms. We informed at least 3 persons including the bellman, requesting for our luggage, but it was falling to deaf ears. The rooms were small and to our surprise we were all given couple rooms where the door to the washroom would not have any lock and the only barrier between the bed and the bathroom is a transparent glass. This was the same in all 4 rooms that we booked. In two rooms the wash basin had some obstruction and water wont drain out. We tried to report this to the housekeeping and were told to explain the problem to 3 persons before they assured that they would send an engineer to us. A technician arrived after an hour. Even for ice-cubes, we had to wait for 1 hour. Since it was all European and some of the elders were not used to the amenities provided in the bathroom, we requested for four shower mugs for four rooms. At about 2 hours later, after 4 calls to housekeeping, a person arrived with one mug on a tray. I enquired for the other three and received a blank face in return. He left promising to bring the other three and never came back. In the morning, while taking a shower, the knob came out in my hands and I had to use the handshower instead. Is this 5-star service? to add to our discontentment, we were told that our check-out is at 12am (night). We would be charged extra day if we dont check-out immediately. So we paid such high price only to spend a few hours and get horrible service. Nobody picked up calls at concierge or helpdesk after 11pm. Hope this review helps you decide and choose your hotel wisely.

Nice hotel
My second time staying here and the hotel has improved over the years. Service is good, breakfast is great and the gym is open 24 hours.
