close to everithing
nice room but stain on the wall. mattress need to be changed and it lack some of the kitchen tool (strainer for the pasta). But the closeness of the hotel to the underground stations, shop and everything make it great deal. the person at the reception was very nice with us and kept our luggage before our room was ready.

Fair price
The location is very good and the rooms were clean although smaller than indicated on the room information. What was also a minus that there was nowhere to sit to eat in the room except the bed. The matresses are also worn out. You get what you pay for. All in all we were satisfied with the place.

1 night stay
I booked one night stay for my partner and I to explore to the city. The location was ideal as it was near an underground station and there were plenty of food stores and restaurants nearby. Needed to use phone map to find it as there were quite a few hotels with similar names nearby. The room was modern and clean, but wasn't expecting the layout to have the bed up steep steps, rather like bunk beds, but we were able to get up and down the steps- not sure it would be suitable for the elderly or those with difficulty climbing steep steps. Staff efficient and the 24 hour reception meant you didn't have a curfew to return in the evening. All round very good hotel.

Cant conduct any Business from Basement rooms no telephone signal!
Good location some of the rooms are great but it is good value for money. Unfortunately the Wifi isn't very good and non existent in the basement and 3G doesnt work there which make business very difficult.

No upgrade applied
Booked for work trip. Was disappointed to see Club upgrade was not applied as this had been paid for. Staff came across as not too bothered to help. No wifi in the rooms and poor cell phone signal. Only two working channels on the TV. Shower doors broken. No recommended for stay longer than one night.

Decent
Very decent accomodation for the price, stayed here for a few nights as a backpacker to unwind and enjoyed having a whole apartment to myself. Close to 2 train stations.

If a prison cell is your forte, then this hotel is for you
We've stayed in all kinds of hotels in many different parts of the world, but this one is really something special and not in a good way. First of all we had to drag our luggage down a rather long, narrow corridor with three narrow doors to get through. This took is to a tiny hallway of sorts with doors to what looked like two rooms, neither which was ours. It was only when we turned around that we saw our door, room 02b, which seemed quite odd as it didn't seem like there was enough space for a third room. After spending a few minutes trying to figure out how to open the door (as it has three locks, the lower one is the one that worked with the key we were given), we were greeted with a staircase from he**. Not only is the first step down seemingly built to make you trip and fall and break your neck, but the entire staircase is so steep that we hardly got our luggage in (or out for that matter). The room itself was a mis-mash of random bits of furniture that took up so much space that there was barely any floor space. There's a tiny kitchenette squeezed into a corner and a tiny bathroom in the other that had the second smallest shower we've ever come across in a hotel room. The bed had a super soft mattress and it was more of a double than a queen size bed, so the two of us barely fitted into it. The "view" our of the window was of garbage bags and if there was ever a fire in this hotel, you'd be dead, as the windows are barred and locked, so it felt a bit like staying in a prison cell. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and it's only a five minute walk to the nearest tube station.
