Clean and decent hotel
Location - near to sharaf Dg metro | Clean | will come back again
1) the hotel is nearer from the Sharaf DG metro - from the metro exit, turn left walk straight till you see Holiday Inn hotel on your right. Turn right into that road. After a 2 minutes walk, you wil see the hotel on then first road on ur left with Novotel hotel and etc 2) wifi was good and working 3) there is a tour agent desk at lobby. We took 2 day tours, Abu Dhabi Tour was great, the dessert safari on the other hand was not very good Note: we did not go for the breakfast as we usually have light meals for breakfast

Our stay is okay except for the fact that our flight is at 1130pm and we were not allowed to extend even for a fee hours. To think we staued there for 6 days.

Slow service
It was not a good experience here at ibis hotel... we were booked for 1 night and when we arrived there at 11pm the room wasnt available and we waited until 1:30am in the morning!!! The staff said that we just have to wait for 5 mins. For them to finish cleaning the room and it took them more than 1 hour. To the fact that we had an online reservation and were paid already but the room wanst available. How was that?!?
