good location and reasonable price
quite large room , friendly staff, good location. quite clean. the room floor is not carpeted but rather made of wood panel layer... kind of sticky to our bare feet if wet or not cleaned. located in the small alley so kind of difficult for taxis to come to the front of hotel

Red Light street
The street was filled with prostitutes, pimps, massage places where girls stand outside and try and pull ppl who pass by.

Great Little Hotel.
Sitting on the front decking , with free coffee, watching all the activities , is like a TV series . Never a dull moment . Love the place .

A great first experience
I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and it has been a positive experience. Pros: 1. Very friendly staff who will greet you when you smile at them. Even the cleaners greet you. You don't find that in all hotels. The friendly security guard is very pleasant to talk with and will smile and open the door for you with a salute. If you bring a companion along, the staff will call you when she is leaving, to ensure everything is fine. Very good service. ID must also be left at the reception counter. 2. The free beverage machine is a plus. I had a drink every time I smoke in the lounge outside . 3. Location is away from the noisy main Sukhumwit Road but very accessible to Nana Station which is less than 5 minutes' walk away. 4. The hotel is new so the rooms are new. The inside lounge is well furnished and has great sofas to relax. 5. Discount for drinks and free mineral water in rooms. 6. The affiliated restaurant next door is convenient if you do not wish to walk out to eat. Cons: 1. The hotel is situated near some bars and entertainment outlets which might cause some discomfort to families with children. But if they see you and your family, they are likely to leave you alone. Not so for the lone traveller. But if you are not a male tourist looking for entertainment, you wouldn't have chosen to stay in Sukhumwit, right? There were also couples and single females who stay in the hotel. So I guess it wasn't much of an issue to them, since most of the attention were aimed at single guys. 2. My room was had some brown floor stains. Perhaps the cleaners missed that out or the stains were unremovable?? Suggestions for improvement: 1. Have a lower price for breakfast to beat the nearby competition. 2, Have a discount scheme for tourists to encourage repeat stays. I like the hotel very much and it is worth value for money even though there might be others that are cheaper but older and with worse service. A good hotel for future stays.

Convenient location, really friendly staff
I had a pretty great stay. I agree with another poster that the price should include breakfast, but it doesn't. The facilities are pretty nice and they give you two free bottles of water each day and also a toothbrush/toothpaste and a razor for shaving. The walls are fairly thin, but I didn't really hear anything from the next door rooms. The staff were really friendly and happy to answer questions about anything, hotel-related or about navigating Bangkok (it was my first time there haha). If you have a guest, they must provide their ID while they stay with you per hotel policy. The location is very convenient as it's right next to Nana BTS. I would not recommend this place for families though since it is close to red-light district type of places. If you would like an iron, they are more than happy to provide one and an ironing board for you. I would stay here again.

Great location and close to BTS Nana station
Clean and comfortable hotel, with great customer services and a hardworkng and dedicated bellboy (security guard) who salutes every incoming and outgoing customers on a regular basis. Stone throw away from Nana station. However, not a good location from family with kids (if you know what i mean).

Location at Red Light District
The hotel is just 5 min walking distance to Nana BTS station and located exactly at the red light district (left and right hand side when heading to BTS). The only thing that not satisfied is the hotel doesn't provide hair dryer and electric kettle (only on request).
