It is pretty good all in all. Location isn't great but if you just need a bed, shower, wifi then is is prefect.

Needs to be cleaned better. Doesn't have good location. Very far from end of street. Wifi logs out every 20 min. Rooms need update. Bed was warped, door didn't shut, walls need paint. Pictures don't show the truth

hotel was fine, but a long walk from sukhumvit
The hotel itself was ok. The elevator broke while we were there, so walking up to the 4th floor was a little annoying. The biggest problem was that the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from sukhumvit, which was annoying when tired or when in a hurry. The hotel offered a tuktuk service to take guests to the sukhumvit, but unfortunately the tuktuk was out of order for half of our stay. The hotel was clean and the room was nice. If the location were better, I'd recommend staying there. Next time I'll stay closer to the sukhumvit though.

Nice big rooms with kitchen. A little far into the
Staff was very friendly. There is a small rooftop pool that looked quite nice (I was only there one day so I did not take advantage of that). The rooms are nice and large but a little worn. Some paint or updating would be nice--but they are clean. Location is so-so. Deep into the soi. It's not a long walk but Bangkok is a sauna, so by the time you get to the BTS you are drenched in sweat. Having said that, it's a good value and has very nice staff staff.

Very good location and nice hotel
The building is not big, so it's a little bit difficult to find it if you don't follow the google map. Once you arrive here, then everything is OK. A quiet hotel locates in downtown.
